A few interesting things have happened the last few days. I got a job! And not just any job, a job at a yarn shop! I was super excited. I went in to knit with the ladies and talked with the owner and her assistant manager about working and they just happened to have an opening. In addition, the ladies that I got to knit with were pretty cool to hang out with. I am hoping that it will be a very eventful summer.
We have also moved up to the second floor of the house to clean and organize. There are a few first floor things to do yet but all the big stuff is out of the way. Today was the day for the master bedroom. I thought that Candace's remark to Sean on Skype today about summed it up. "It's amazing how spacious it is in that room when all the stuff is clean."
We also had a fabulous time hanging out with Adam while he pretended to kill zombies in the buff. I don't know about the rest of you but when I think zombies I am sure thinking...Naked Time!
Unfortunately no photo's for that event. Although they would have been perfect blackmail for the prom date era of his life!
Tomorrow we will be making spaghetti sauce and finishing the bedroom. Never a dull moment here at the Decker abode.
